The Hinge Casting of the Spartacus HD Tire Carrier System is crafted using precision die-cast aluminum. This material provides maximum strength while keeping the overall weight of the system to a minimum. The one-piece design allows for easy one-handed access to the cargo area and creates a solid connection between the Wheel Mount and the reinforced section of the rear quarter panel. With forged steel hinge brackets and hardened steel pins, this tire carrier system surpasses the load capacity of factory tailgate hinges, ensuring longevity and reducing wear.

The Wheel Mount of the Spartacus HD Tire Carrier System is not only adjustable but also lifts the mounting position. It offers depth and tilt adjustability, allowing for the installation of large diameter and wide tire options. Tested to MIL-STD-810 standards, which simulate rigorous off-road driving conditions, this system is built to withstand even the harshest terrains. With a rating for up to and including 40" wheel tire combinations, it provides versatility for different tire sizes. The system also includes an adjustable third brake light bracket and is compatible with both OE and most aftermarket rear bumpers, making installation hassle-free without the need for drilling.

Warranty Information

We have a 30-day easy return policy for all purchases. 

We provide a shipping label for defective products upon your return request at absolutely no cost to you. Non-defective products will not receive a shipping label and the consumer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Stinger Off-Road products are warrantied against defects in materials One (1) Year from purchase date. Stinger Off-Road will, at its discretion, replace any products that exhibit defects in materials and/or workmanship during the warranty period. Assessments of defective parts are performed before replacements are shipped or refunds are released.

Please hold on to your order confirmation! All warranty service requires original sales receipt documentation with Order Number. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser.
