Returns & Exchanges

We have a no-questions-asked returns policy within 30 days of delivery date**. We only ask that you provide us with a reason for your return to help us improve ourselves and our products. Refunds will be processed once returns are received. You can review our full refund policy here.

Returns and exchanges will only be processed if a form is submitted and returned with the return label provided by our Orders team, secured to the shipping box.

Shipping Costs
We provide a shipping label upon your return request at absolutely no cost to you if the item is defective or damaged.

Return Condition
Items must be received in the same condition they were received. If returned items are used, damaged, or missing any parts, or damaged during return shipping, you may not be eligible for a refund or your refund may be deducted to cover any loss.

Once a return is received, please allow 7 business days for the processing and refunding of your account. If after 7 business days you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank or financial institution and credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If your item was received damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace the item at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery using the same Return Request form above. Be sure to include the reason for your exchange. You may be asked to provide a photo or other proof of the damaged or defective product.

warranty information

Unless otherwise noted below, products sold by Stinger Electronics carry a one-year warranty for manufacturer defect. The warranty is for credit or replacement of product except where otherwise noted and does not cover installation or other costs associated with replacement or exchange. Abuse or misuse of product voids all warranties.

Units found to have physical or liquid damage caused by use abuse or improper installation may be void of warrant

1-year warranty as determined by the serial number or date code on the unit. Based on this code, a receipt may be required to substantiate warranty.
