We provide a shipping label for defective products upon your return request at absolutely no cost to you. Non-defective products will not receive a shipping label and the consumer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. If returned items are missing any parts, damaged by the user, or damaged during return shipping you may not be eligible for a refund or your refund may be deducted to cover any loss.
